Website Support Options
We provide several support options, available whether we created your site, or you have an existing site. It doesn’t matter what platform your site was created with (WordPress, SquareSpace, etc), we can work with you to provide as-needed or monthly support.
Personalized Training Sessions
Is there one thing you always get stuck on when updating your site? Have a custom-built website or site theme, but don’t know how to use it? Generic guides not in-depth enough? We can provide personalized training designed for your site and your needs. We can hold this remotely via video chat/screen share, and record the session so you can refer to it later.
Custom Documentation
We can create documentation tailored to YOUR needs, on any subject or function related to your website. Documentation includes screenshots and detailed description of custom functionality.
Ongoing Support Options
Monthly Website Support
Plan to update a blog on a regular basis or make changes to your site frequently? Know that you’ll need a little extra help along the way? With the monthly support option, we’ll be available for questions and a little extra help along the way. Includes:
- Ongoing support via email (or text) as needed
- One 15 – 30 minute phone call per month for additional support or training
Pre-purchased “Dedicated Developer” hours
Questions happen. Sometimes you want small changes to your website. Purchase a set block of hours to be used for any support, maintenance, training, or web development work desired. Just let us know when you want something done, and we’ll provide an hour estimate and deduct from your balance.
